Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit Frequently Asked Questions

WHEN AND WHERE WE CAN SEE THE EXHIBIT IN LA? 

The Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit is from November 1, 2018 to December 23, 2018. 

Venue Location: 606 S Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90014

 

IS THERE PARKING AT YOUR LOCATION?

There is valet parking in the building and can be utilized by attendees, the parking operator provide a exclusive validation stamp to be used for Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit staff and guests. On weekdays after 4pm or weekends all day, it is $10 Flat rate with stamp.  

 

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY TIMED TICKET?

You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your admission time (i.e. you should arrive before 1:45PM for the 2:00PM admission). Please note that your ticket is only valid for the specific date and time slot you purchased. If you miss the time slot, your ticket will no longer be valid.

 

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET OVER?

Tickets are not transferable. Please make sure that the name on your valid photo ID matches the name on your ticket.

 

DO YOU REFUND TICKETS OR EXCHANGE TICKET?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We will not be able to transfer your ticket to another time slot due to the capacity limit of the exhibit. Sorry folks, no exceptions.

 

CAN I BRING STROLLER INSIDE THE EXHIBIT?

Strollers are not allowed inside of the Exhibit. Please check strollers free of charge at the door. 

 

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?

One person can purchase up to eight tickets at a time.

 

DO I GET TREAT WITH MY TICKET?

Yes! One complimentary treat is included in your admission. We believe yummy treat will make your experience at Happy-Go-Lucky even better!

 

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

No. You can present your e-ticket on the mobile device. Please make sure that the name on the e-ticket matches with the name on your valid photo ID.  We do not accept resold or transferred tickets.

 

I BOUGHT MULTIPLE TICKETS AND ALL ARE UNDER MY NAME. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY GUESTS CAN GET IN?

The name on the tickets must match the name on your valid ID. You and your guests should enter the exhibit together as a group.

  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS VIA EMAIL?

You should receive your ticket in your email inbox shortly after you made the purchase online. Please check your Junk/Spam mailbox to make sure the ticket is delivered.

 

CAN I GO THROUGH THE EXHIBIT TWICE UNDER ONE ADMISSION?

We only allow one-time entry per ticket. You may stay at the exhibit for up to one hour. Once you exit the exhibit, you may not re-enter the exhibit with the used ticket.

 

IF I ARRIVE AT 8:20 PM FOR MY 8 PM SLOT, WOULD I BE ABLE TO FINISH THE EXPERIENCE?

Yes. Happy-Go-Lucky exhibit will stay open until one hour after the last group is admitted. The last admission time is at 8:30PM.

  

ARE THERE CHILDREN AND SENIOR DISCOUNTS?

Admissions for children under three are free. Children must be accompanied by adults at all time at the exhibit.

 

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

Personal photography is allowed and strongly encouraged! However, we will limit professional photo shooting at the exhibit. We do not allow extensive photography equipment on site.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBITION?

Sorry animal lovers (we are too)! Due to safety reasons, the venue does not allow pets on site. The only exception is for service animals that are performing necessary tasks for the owners.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

We love groups! Unfortunately, we do not offer group discounts at this time.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE?

All sales made at Happy-Go-Lucky exhibit are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on merchandise.
